The focal point of Satra's philosophy is human existence, which originates in human's first consciousness or realization of his existence. That is, when a human is aware that he exists, he is. Only then does his existence emerge in this consciousness. That is, according to Satra, human existence means human consciousness. Human consciousness = human existence. Human existence cannot exist without consciousness. This is the reason that Satra is indicated to humans by the name of consciousness.

We breathe in a world snowed under by stress. Wide-reaching urbanization, struggle and the increase of knowledge have shaped a world in which access to information has become compulsion and requirement. In addition, we are repetitively under attack on a physical level, with our atmosphere filled with never-before-seen levels of toxicity. From the food we eat to the air we breathe, our bodies are under obstruction by the toxins we have introduced into our cities, our homes and our food. In short the unforgiving pace and complexity of modern life has greatly challenged our ability to live healthily and fully in the present moment. While stress is omnipresent in each of our lives to varying degrees, it has reached a point of comprehensive concern; a stress plague which we must address and conquer in order to survive.

Litchi (Litchi chinensis Sonn) is an excellent fruits of India. This fruit is attacked by Litchi mite (Aceria litchii Keifer), litchi fruit borer (Conopomorpha cramerella Snellen) and litchi leaf roller (Dudua aprobola Meyrick) and suffered with serious damage. The litchi erineum mite is one of the most destructive pests of litchi in all litchi producing countries of the world. The litchi fruit borer (Conopomorpha cramerella Snellen) causes severe damage to litchi fruits and leaves. The Litchi leaf roller, (Dudua aprobola Meyer) is another noxious pest causing severe damage to litchi foliage. As the litchi fruits are mostly consumed in raw conditions, they are more vulnerable to contamination with plant protection chemicals thus the management strategy relies on bio-rational approaches to restrict the harmful effect of these pests by the means of integrating cultural, mechanical and by applying botanicals supported by need based application of insecticides (Sulphur 0.4 %, Kelthane 18.5 EC and Imidachloprid 17.8 SL).

The only problem of the research was to observe role of family structure in stress resistance of women. It was hypothesized that women in joint family would excel those in nuclear family structure in regard to their stress resistance. The incidentally selected samples were comprised of 400 women living in nuclear families and 400 women living in joint families. The data were collected by administering a stress resistance scale. The finding did not show any significant difference between the two groups of women in regard to their stress resistance.

The rapid population growth and enormous urban and coastal development in many of the world’s coastal regions have caused considerable concern that anthropogenic pollution may reduce biodiversityand productivity of marine ecosystems, resulting in reduction and depletion of human marine food resources. In addition, natural environments are important for recreation, and consequently for humanhealth and welfare, and there is now increased awareness that nature has its own intrinsic value. Pollution reduces the aesthetic value and perhaps also the intrinsic value of the marine environment, whether the pollution is visual (such as oil pollution and plastic debris) or invisible (such as chemical compounds). Another main reason for concern about marine pollution is related to the direct effects of pollution on human health. Because many pollutants accumulate in marine organisms, humans areexposed to pollutants when they consume food from polluted areas. Several studies have documented that human populations that consume large amounts of marine food have high burdens of persistentorganic pollutants (POPs), such as dioxins, furans, polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), and some heavy metals. There has been a particular focus on indigenous people who consume large amounts ofmarine food, including blubber products of marine mammals.

The cultural and political and economic expansion of India was also affected in various remote areas of the continent of Asia. Due to economic and trade relations, the relationship between India and China deepened and religious influence. The development of Buddhism also had an impact on architecture. Information about India's relationship with West Asia dates back to 1400 BCE, from the famous Bojajkoi inscription which mentions the names of Vedic deities. Emperor Ashoka sent his messengers and sons and daughters to Java, Sumatra, Cambodia, Sri Lanka to propagate Buddhism. Indian businessmen and scholars have also played an important role in the propagation of Indian Sanskrit. In the Khaitan region, which is presently located in Turkey, excavation of sites there has yielded items related to Punjab and Kashmir. A typical specimen of sculpture in Southeast Asia is the famous Ankorwat temple built in Khmer art. People of South-East Asia changed and adopted Sanatana (Hindu) religion and Buddhism of India according to their indigenous traditions. Indian art is a powerful medium to highlight all aspects of our Sanskrit, and it is due to its specialties that it has been able to give a new look to the traditions of art in most parts of Asia.
